30 Days of Album Redesigns

OBJECTIVE:

The challenge with this project was to take some of my favorite album covers and try to give them a fresh new twist for a younger audience. I did not anticipate how hard it would be to take on some of the classics but in the end I was happy with the results. Over the 30 days I learned how to make faster decisions when it comes to designing, stop worrying about small details, and just posting something at the end of the day is better than nothing at all.

 

PROJECT SCOPE:

  • Remix classic albums

  • Focus on a younger demographic

  • Have the work ready for deadline

  • Learning how to use social media

  • Dealing with public criticism
